By downloading or using the AI Captionist app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

2. Subscriptions

AI Captionist offers "Pro" and "Creator" subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account.

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the videos you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content you create.

4. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated captions.

5. Unacceptable Use

You must not use this app to generate hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.
