Welcome to Dhikr Gate. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Dhikr Gate mobile application and related services.
By using Dhikr Gate, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About Dhikr Gate
Dhikr Gate helps users build mindful routines around prayer times by offering prayer reminders, dhikr sessions, app shielding features, progress tracking, and optional Pro features.
Dhikr Gate is intended as a personal productivity and spiritual routine tool. It does not provide religious rulings, legal advice, medical advice, or emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You may use Dhikr Gate only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.
3. App Permissions
Some features require access to iOS permissions, including Location, Notifications, and Screen Time / Family Controls.
Location is used to calculate local prayer times. Screen Time / Family Controls are used to let you choose apps to shield during prayer windows. Notifications are used for reminders and related alerts.
You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. Some features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Dhikr Gate may offer optional paid features through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Subscriptions are purchased through your Apple ID and are billed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, it will be described in the app or App Store at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple’s policies.
5. Refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple or use Apple’s refund process at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
6. Pro Features
Dhikr Gate Pro may include additional features such as expanded dhikr customization, advanced analytics, or other premium functionality.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. If a change materially affects a paid feature, we will try to handle it fairly and in line with Apple’s policies.
7. User Responsibility
You are responsible for how you configure and use Dhikr Gate.
App shielding and reminders are designed to support your personal routine, but you should not rely on the app as your only reminder for important events, obligations, safety needs, religious obligations, or time-sensitive matters.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or violate Apple’s terms and policies.
8. Privacy

9. Third-Party Services
Dhikr Gate may use third-party services such as Apple services, RevenueCat, and analytics providers to support subscriptions, purchases, diagnostics, and app improvement.
Use of Apple services is subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
10. No Warranty
Dhikr Gate is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Prayer times, reminders, app shielding, and other features may be affected by device settings, permissions, system limitations, location accuracy, time zone settings, operating system behavior, or other factors outside our control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, loss of profits, missed reminders, incorrect settings, or interruptions arising from your use of Dhikr Gate.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app or by updating the effective date.
Your continued use of Dhikr Gate after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using Dhikr Gate at any time. We may suspend or discontinue access to the app or certain features if required by law, Apple policy, technical necessity, or misuse of the app.

15. Apple Standard Terms
If any part of these Terms conflicts with Apple’s applicable terms or the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, Apple’s terms may apply to your purchase and use of the app through the App Store.
